TERMS

Draft Terms of Use

A public draft of the rules Apex intends to apply to this website and its account services.

Draft status

This page is being published early so users can see the intended rules and flag concerns. Apex may revise it before adopting final terms. The current Privacy Notice separately describes existing information practices.

Using the website

Use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with other users, damage the service, or bypass protections. Do not probe accounts or systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted content, impersonate another person, or use invitations or download links that were not issued to you.

Accounts

Provide accurate registration information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify Apex if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Apex may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. Account services are not directed to children under 13.

Product and safety information

Website content is general product information. It is not professional training, safety instruction, or a replacement for qualified judgment, required equipment, official manuals, applicable regulations, or established procedures. Product availability, features, compatibility, and pre-release plans may change.

Purchases and digital items

Checkout may be provided by Stripe. Prices, currency, the item being purchased, and any purchase-specific terms should be shown before payment. Apex receives transaction status and information needed to provide the purchased item but does not ask you to enter full card details on this website.

Contact Apex if a purchase is not delivered to the correct account or you believe a charge is incorrect. Refund, cancellation, and statutory consumer rights require final legal review and may depend on the item, jurisdiction, and checkout terms.

Apex content and user submissions

The website, branding, product materials, software, and digital items are owned by Apex or their respective licensors. Access does not transfer ownership. Do not copy, resell, redistribute, or create unauthorized derivative materials except where Apex or applicable law permits it.

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You allow Apex to host, process, transmit, and review them only as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, evaluate an application, respond to you, protect the service, or meet applicable obligations. Separate partner or beta agreements may grant different rights.

Beta and partner programs

Private invitations, beta materials, partner benefits, confidentiality, endorsement obligations, equipment arrangements, and electronic signatures are governed by their applicable invitation, agreement, and benefit schedule. Those specific documents control over this draft if there is a conflict.

Third-party services

The website may link to or use services operated by others, including authentication, payment, download, or platform providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply to their services. Apex is not adopting third-party terms as its own.

Disclaimers and liability terms are pending

Final provisions addressing warranties, liability limits, indemnity, disputes, governing law, and venue have intentionally not been drafted here. Those provisions require legal review. Nothing on this interim page limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Questions and changes

Send questions or feedback through the contact page. The publication date and version will change when this draft is revised or replaced with final terms.
